I love most items on the menu, but this one let me down. Tonkatsu should be a nice, moist piece of pork, breaded with panko, then deep fried. Should maintain it's moistness. Mine was overcooked and extremely dry. I could not eat more that 2 bites. Tonkatsu is one of my favorite Japanese meals. This one was not even close to what I expected.
