Strawberry Field
Fantastically light and refreshing roll. The slice of strawberry with the salmon is delicious and the shrimp tempura inside gives it the perfect crunch and texture.

Tapas sushi is some of the best I have ever had in Utah County. They have one of the best ratios of price to quality where the quality is above what you pay for. Whether it's for a date/special occasion or casual lunch/dinner I highly recommend Tapas!

Orange Chicken
Their orange chicken is top notch. Feels authentic and fully made in-house where it wasn't frozen before you arrive. If you're not a huge sushi fan, Tapas still has great alternatives!
Volcano
I'm not kidding when I say this place has the best sushi I have had. My husband I found this place in 2021 and have been loyal customers since! And when I say we have tried sushi we have tried it in multiple states and countries and NOTHING compares to tapa! Everything is so fresh and perfectly made, we have tried just about every roll and it's all yummy but my favorites are volcano, taylor and mamma mia. You need to go, it'll be your new favorite!!
Jalapeños Bomb
The jalapeno bombs are the best appetizer on the menu. I usually dont even like jalapenos but these are so delicious. They're stuffed and tempura fried so they're crispy yet soft inside. Everything I've tried at tapa is so good but these especially are top of the list.
Tapa Roll
Our family loves going to tapa sushi. We're go there two or three times a month. The Vegas roll is our favorite, but we have not had a bad sushi roll. Teriyaki chicken is good too.???
