Sushi Lunch Special
Every time I treat myself to the sushi lunch special, it feels like a mini celebration. The vibrant colors of the fresh fish and perfectly rolled rice are almost too beautiful to eat, but the moment I take that first bite, I'm transported to sushi paradise. Each piece is a delightful burst of flavor, from the creamy avocado to the zesty wasabi, and the balance of textures is simply perfect. It's a moment of pure joy that brightens my day. The best part is that the lunch special offers such a fantastic variety. I love exploring different rolls and discovering new favorites, whether it's a classic California roll or something adventurous with spicy tuna. Plus, the generous portion size means I can savor every last bite. It's the perfect midday escape, leaving me refreshed and satisfied, ready to tackle whatever the rest of the day brings!
Orange Chicken
Their orange chicken is top notch. Feels authentic and fully made in-house where it wasn't frozen before you arrive. If you're not a huge sushi fan, Tapas still has great alternatives!
Volcano
Been coming here almost every Saturday night. Can never go wrong.. it's been a 10/10 Every. Single. Time. The volcano roll is unmatched to any other roll I think haha.
Vegas
We absolutely love all of their rolls! Our go-to is the Vegas. Crispy, refreshing, yummy!

This Vegas Sushi is what I will always have in mind as the best I've eaten anywhere.
Strawberry Field
Fantastically light and refreshing roll. The slice of strawberry with the salmon is delicious and the shrimp tempura inside gives it the perfect crunch and texture.
Taylor
Tapas sushi is some of the best I have ever had in Utah County. They have one of the best ratios of price to quality where the quality is above what you pay for. Whether it's for a date/special occasion or casual lunch/dinner I highly recommend Tapas!
